F.A.Q

what do you mean by "item sold as it is"?
as most of our items are "one of a kind" from cottage industry and/or discontinued in productions. we are not able to guarantee any defects or missing parts. we will show you in details via digital imagery of the actual item. when in doubt, please ask us. if you still felt unsure, please do not buy.

can i place an order for an item when the item is sold?
we are not a retailer. we are selling what we have bought over the years. due to disapproving looks from our spouse. we are selling them away...

can i return an item that is damage during transit?
no, we do not entertain any return as we had bad experiences of buyers pinching parts from the kit and claiming that the item was incomplete. we suggest that you have your item insured to safeguard yourself.

can i return an item that was not permitted by customs of the destination?
no, the onus is on you to check that the item you have bought is permitted and legal to own/use/play/display by the authorities of your country. when in serious doubt, please do not buy.

how can i know for sure that my order is being filled?
we will acknowledge your purchase by replying to your email. it is vital that you send us an email before sending any money. we are not retailer, we have a full time day job and a family to take care. therefore, we are NOT 24/7 online in this blogshop. we hope you understand that we may not answer to your inquiries ASAP.

can i ask for discount?
sure! we are reasonable folks who will occasionally entertain exchanges of items (local pick up only). just do not low ball too much to embarrass yourself.
