full payment of the item must be received before any shipping out of the item. 

we accept payment via paypal and bank transfer. note: for bank transfer, buyer must foot the additional bank charges imposed by the bank. 

paypal is the preferred mode of payment. for foreign destination, please do not send cash money!

we do not entertain any refund, item sold as it is. buy with confidence.

singapore national postal services/singpost will be used to ship out the item via airmail when possible. please email us before making purchases as singpost do not ship to all location in the world.

we are not responsible for the item when the item has been shipped out and/or issues with customs immigration controls at the destination. please check with your local customs before buying. for pricier item, please shipped out with insurance paid.

we do accept local pickup at no additional cost. however, pickup location at pasir ris st 11 or white sands mrt station. timing at our convenience.
